Redirection of Tax Revenue for TIF

Click the link below to download a spreadsheet showing the percentage of city tax revenue that will be redirected in the coming fiscal year to TIF and Super TIF projects. In the file, click on the "GROWTH" tab at the bottom of the file and you'll see a table showing how much of an increase this is over the current fiscal year. These data reveal that while overall revenue growth has been 7.1 percent, the growth in the amount that pays for TIF and Super TIF programs has been 27.5 percent. This is something the Mayor and City Council are taking into consideration as they work to adopt a new budget.
